We're pretty finicky about our food so it's only natural that we would pay special attention to what goes into our customer's sandwiches, soups, and salads. They're made on site with some of the finest ingredients around: Swiss Emmental cheese from Switzerland, Boar's Head premium meats, and cheeses, locally sourced farm-fresh vegetables, and breads and pastries delivered fresh daily by local bakeries. Our ingredients are free of nitrates and preservatives, and we offer many gluten-free and organic options. We've spent a lot of time exploring what makes a great sandwich and it's influenced the way we create ours. Most of our spreads and dressings are based on family recipes. And, everything is prepared fresh from scratch daily.

You won't find fillers, artificial flavors, transfats, frozen or deep-fried ingredients here.

Our flagship location is situated in Santa Barbara, and we've expanded our presence to include Goleta and Topanga in Los Angeles. Each of these locations proudly offers delectable catering services to make your special events truly memorable or to turn you into the office hero with our scrumptious offerings.
